Who are your engagements suited to?
Our work is best suited to owner-managed businesses and mid-sized companies in Malaysia, typically where the leadership team is thinking through a transaction for the first time or navigating one without a large in-house M&A function. We are not transaction facilitators — we do not identify buyers or sellers on your behalf. What we offer is structured thinking and experienced counsel during the consideration and preparation phases.
How confidential are your engagements?
Confidentiality is central to how we work. Before any substantive discussion, we put in place an appropriate confidentiality arrangement. Nothing shared with us leaves our engagement without your knowledge and agreement. We do not discuss our client engagements publicly, and the names of those we work with are not used in any marketing material.
What is the typical timeline for your services?
The Deal Consideration Session is typically arranged within one to two weeks of initial contact and completed in a single day. The Pre-Transaction Review is usually delivered over three to four weeks. Integration Planning Advisory runs over six to eight weeks, working alongside your team. We do not impose unnecessary urgency — the pace is set by what the situation genuinely requires.
Do you assist with the legal or financial aspects of a transaction?
We do not provide legal advice or act as financial advisors in a regulated sense. Our focus is on the strategic, organisational, and leadership dimensions of a transaction. We often work alongside lawyers and financial advisors as a complementary voice — one focused on the broader picture rather than the technical specifics of a deal.

Are your fees fixed or negotiated per engagement?
Our published fees reflect the standard scope for each service. If your situation differs meaningfully from that scope — whether simpler or more involved — we will discuss this openly with you before any engagement begins. We prefer transparent, agreed terms over any ambiguity on what is included.
